Hi there!  You may be wondering – “Who is Angela Black”?

Once upon a time, I was a nationally-recognized, award-winning Pharmaceutical Sales Rep for some of the top companies in the world.  During my career, I was promoted to Sales Trainer and Interim District Manager and I won several national and regional sales awards.  In my  last corporate role, I was a Director of Accounts for a Specialty Pharmacy where I managed a $30 million account and increased their sales by developing strategies to increase retention and repeat business and training the staff on how to implement those strategies.    

Life in Corporate America was good – until I got laid off for the fourth time in my career.  

I’ve been an entrepreneur since I was 14 years old.  So after that last layoff, I decided to leave Corporate America behind.  I now use my 25+ years of Executive Sales and Customer Service experience to help companies of various industries  increase their sales through increased employee engagement, customer retention and referrals. I've worked with service-based companies like travel agencies and tax advisors and product-based companies like e-commerce companies. 

I specialize in collaborating with small businesses, companies, and organizations to help them create customer-centric policies where they will build lasting relationships with their communities,  increase customer satisfaction and customer referrals, and solidify a positive reputation in the process.  

I’m  also a speaker, trainer, and high-level secret shopper who provides Customer Experience Audits to larger companies.
